ISEAA Strategy 2022
On the 27th of January 2022, the ISEAA Board will meet to set the Strategic Directions for 2022. Despite the fact that 2021 turned out to be one of the hardest years ever for International Education Agents and most plans for the year were put on hold as a result of the devastating impact of COVID 19, ISEAA was able to achieve much of its plans for 2021.
The ISEAA Strategy 2021 focused on Surveying and Communicating with Members, providing formal networking opportunities, working worth governments and providing advice to members. The review of ISEAA Strategic Plan 2021 will be included in the February Newsletter.
Despite a somewhat chaotic start to 2022, all indications are that international students will be returning in greater numbers as the year progresses and business will begin to transition to a post-COVID normal by mid 2022. Therefore, the ISEAA Strategy 2022 will focus on three principal areas.
Strategic Focus Areas 2022
The critical part of the Strategy will be focusing on setting targets and giving members the opportunity to have input into the Strategy. A final draft will be sent to all members in February 2022 for comments and feedback.
